Q: How do I post an ad?
A: It’s very easy. Click on the "Add Your Ad" (or "Post Free Ad") button located at the top right of the page and follow the steps.
Q: How much does it cost to advertise?
A: Posting basic ads is 100% free on the "Cold Station" platform.
Q: If I post an ad, will I receive spam emails?
A: Absolutely not. Your email address is not visible to the public on the platform. Communication between members takes place via the platform's internal messaging system or the phone number you choose to display.
Q: How long does my ad remain on the platform?
A: Generally, an ad is automatically deactivated from the platform after 3 months. You will receive an email one week before the expiration date and another email on the day of deactivation. You have the option to repost (renew) it by logging into your account. After this period, your ad will be permanently removed from the platform.
Q: I sold my item (or completed the service). How do I delete my ad?
A: Once your product is sold or your service is completed, log in to your "Personal Account" to delete your ad or mark it as "Sold" / "Completed."
